TESTIMONIALS
Satisfaction Guaranteed
"My first day of class with Karen from KLM Captioning providing C.A.R.T., for the first time, in my whole education career, I was able to 'hear' what the professor was saying. It was like a whole brand-new world had opened for me, and there was no fear that I would miss anything because it was all there. The biggest reason why I continue to use KLM Captioning Services is because of their passion and determination that I do not miss anything in any of my courses. Any student who uses Karen and KLM Captioning Services will always have an advocate, and someone who will stand up for their rights to participate in a course like everyone else." Michelle Smith - Former U of C Student
"Karen and KLM Captioning Services have been my C.A.R.T. providers at Mount Royal University. She is extraordinarily adaptable to work with whenever the coursework changes. Her accurate delivery greatly reduces many barriers in my learning. I find her extremely trustworthy and I highly recommend her." Channy - MRU student
"Karen Munro is a person who puts people first, unconditionally committed to the betterment of her community. She stands tall in a community of supporting access for all people. She is a consummate professional as a communications provider for effective accessible communication in the community and for her students in all levels of education, but also as a worker, a mentor on committees and organizations in the community." Colin Cantlie - Past Chair of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association - Calgary
